The artist was set amid the beauty of landscapes in southern California, enjoying a sunset, palm trees, rock n´ roll and surf culture.

Bob Towner’s inspiration comes from nature and the sea, meking the guy scribbling more and more and turn them into paintings, digital as well as acrylic paintings.

Traces of Towner fundamentally represent the spirit of surfing, showing awesome places for a good day surfing.

Towner’s style is awesome, revealing a characteristic peculiar to their work with his trials and their variations.

Some works, like the detail of the house above, remember to (perhaps) Walt Disney, ´cos atmosphere and color palette. In other cases, your art reminds ancient illustrators with tracing made with pen and ink or pencil.

His influences come primarily from the encouragement of his grandmother and artist Edith Towner and especially older publications of the great artist Rick Griffin at Surfer Magazine.

Bob Towner has a degree in art design at the Art Center College of Design and his work for brands LightningBolt and Hang Ten.

Today he lives with his family and children in South Pasadena, California.
